Privacy
What PageMarkets collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to delete. This covers the website, the tag you paste on your page, and the browser extension.

What we collect
- Your account
- The address you sign in with, and the date you joined. An email address only if you signed in with one — if you signed in with a wallet you already had, we never asked for one and do not have one. There is no name field, no phone number and no profile.
- Your pages and the spaces on them
- The address of a page you are selling space on, what you named each space, where on the page it sits, and the price you set. If you marked regions but have not finished, we keep that unfinished work so you can come back to it.
- What you write for the directory
- The description, category, tags and link you fill in, and a picture of your page. All of it is meant to be read by strangers — that is what the directory is for.
- A picture of your page
- Taken automatically once your tag is live, or uploaded by you. It is a picture of a page that is already public. You can replace it or remove it.
- What you buy, rent and sell
- Our own record of which spaces you hold, what you paid, and any rental you have taken. The authoritative version of this is on the blockchain and is public — see below.
- Pictures you upload into a space
- The image itself, and the destination link if you set one. Before it appears on anybody’s page it is checked, which means a copy is sent to the service named below. We keep the result of that check, including for images that were refused.
- Ordinary server records
- Our host keeps the usual web-server logs — the request, the time, and the network address it came from — which is how the service is kept running and abuse is noticed. We do not build profiles from them and there is no analytics product anywhere in this website.
The browser extension
The extension marks regions of your own page to sell. It runs only on the page you are looking at, and only after you click its button. It is not running in the background, and it is not reading pages you have not asked it about.
- What it reads
- The page you clicked it on: where the regions you pick sit, how big they are, and enough of the surrounding markup to find them again later. It does this in your browser.
- What it sends us
- The regions you marked and the address of the page you marked them on. Because a region is named after what is in it, a short piece of your page’s own text can travel with it as a label — you can edit that before you send it, and again afterwards. It does not send us the page.
- What it never does
- It does not sign anything, does not read your other tabs, sends nothing to anyone but PageMarkets, and contains no analytics and no third-party code. It writes nothing onto the page you are marking.
What we never collect
- Anything about your visitors
- The tag you paste reads your board from the blockchain and writes what it finds. It sends us nothing — no page views, no addresses, no identifiers. There is no beacon in it, and that is a decision rather than an omission.
- Payment details
- There is no card and no bank account anywhere in this product.
- A password
- There is not one. You sign in with a wallet you already have, or with a code sent to your email, or a passkey.
- Your keys
- If you sign in with your own wallet, we never see its key and cannot move anything without you approving it.
Who else sees it
These are the only services this product sends anything to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
- Privy
- Signs you in, and holds the key for you if you did not bring your own wallet. Gets your email address if you sign in with one.
- OpenRouter
- Checks pictures uploaded into a space against the rules, before they can appear. Gets the picture, its destination link, and the page’s own stated rules. OpenRouter passes it to the model provider that performs the check.
- ScreenshotOne
- Takes the picture of your page for the directory. Gets the page address.
- Railway
- Runs the website, the database and the image storage. Everything above rests on their infrastructure.
- A public blockchain node
- Reads and writes the record described below. What is sent there is public by design.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate abuse or protect somebody from harm.
The record is public and we cannot delete it. Which spaces exist, who owns one, what it sold for and what it says are on the blockchain — that is the property that makes a space yours rather than ours to lend you, and it is permanent. Everything we hold is ours to delete; that is not. An address on a public blockchain can be linked to everything that address has ever done, by anyone, forever. Please go in knowing that.
What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold
- Ask, and we will send you everything in the first two panels for your account.
- Deletion
- Ask, and we will delete your account and everything we hold for it. What is on the blockchain stays, because it is not ours to remove, and your pages stay wherever you published them.
- Correction
- Most of what we hold you can edit yourself in the product. For anything you cannot, ask.
- A picture taken down
- If you are a publisher, you can remove any picture from your own page yourself, at any time, without asking us.
We keep what is described above for as long as your account exists, and delete it when you ask us to.
Cookies
We set one cookie to keep you signed in, and our sign-in provider sets its own for the same purpose. That is all of them. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, here or in the tag you paste on your page.
Changes, and how to reach us
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top, and we will tell account holders before any change that makes it weaker.
