Not a subscription and not a rental. Buying a piece of a page records it as yours and it stays yours until you sell it — or until somebody buys it from you at the price the page set out in advance.
You decide what it says
Inside the space the publisher set aside, the words are yours. The publisher cannot edit it and neither can we — that is what makes it worth owning rather than renting.
Anyone can take it, and you are paid
Somebody who wants it more than you do can buy it at the page’s stated price, without asking. You always get back at least the floor the publisher set.
A page is listed once we have seen our snippet running on it. Not because somebody typed the address — because we fetched the page and found our code on it, which only the person who runs that site can put there.
